Evaluation of the Safety and Efficacy of TLD in Patients With COPD (AIRFLOW-3)

Brief Summary:
The purpose of this study is to confirm the safety and efficacy of the Nuvaira Lung Denervation System (Nuvaira System) in the treatment of COPD.
If you qualify and choose to join the study, you will receive:
- Evaluations of your COPD from a local specialist
- The procedure and all study-related visits and tests at no cost
- Ongoing evaluations of your symptoms and results over a 5-year period
- Reimbursement for travel costs to attend study visits
Participants will receive $50 for each study visit, except the screening visit. Please speak to your coordinator about any needed transportation accommodations.
